[BG] Kintaro and Delo's Background Thread

Welcome to our topic Tees!

This thread is adressed to those of you who don't know how to create a good background for their map and those who are too lazy for it.
Our idea was to create a database of good backgrounds which only need to be added to your map.
In the following index you can see the selection of backgrounds we already finished (more will follow).

If you don't know how to add the background to your map please look at the end of this post where I've made a little 'tutorial'.

We would appreciate a little feedback to our work!

Other Backgrounds

There is no entry in this section yet but if you like to add your own background to this post feel free to post it under this thread.
When you do so you also have to add further informations to your background like this:

Tutorial for adding the backgrounds

1. Step
Open the map you created in the editor.

2. Step
Click on 'File' and afterwards on the 'Append-Button'.

3. Step
Choose the background you downloaded from this thread in the list (provided that you already put the background data into the teeworlds/maps folder). Next click on Append on right bottom of the list.

4. Step
In this case there are four new groups. All are under the 'Game-Layer-Group' - this has to be changed. Start with number 1., right-click it and move it over the 'Game-Layer-Group'.

5. Step
As you can see I left the 'Rain-Group' under the 'Game-Layer-Group' because I like to have the rain infront of the whole map but this is a matter of taste.

6. Step
Have fun with the new background!
