i modify the server mod and i just want to compile it BUT A WILD ERROR APPEARS
le wild error:

UmmmzzzzzZZzZzzz...... reinstall Visual C/C++ Express ??? seems a bug of the environment variable.....

Seems like your environment variable PATH is fucked up. Pointlessly reinstalling without thinking hardly ever helps.
If you're on windows 7 just hit the windows key and type "path" and go to the "Edit the system environment variables".

Seems your environment is missing some VS variables, try adding it:

VS100COMNTOOLS=C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\Tools\
