But please use inkscape or AI, bitmaps doesnt look so clean
Yeah i like it xD
Lol Haha, yay - nice
Cool, and nice made
Just made a new one, and this one, in my humble opinion, looks vicious!
Has no feet and is lifted a bit off the ground to give it a hovering feel
Also Doc with a little more Tee feel
in what program do you make those? they are soo clean o.o
Wow. Cool!
- ShadowBrain: Maybe it's INKSCAPE or Adobe Illustrator, right?
Inkscape + GIMP2, just as suggested in the stickies.
I can't see the video tutorial though, so the PrimeviL's guide was the most helpful. Thank you Prime!
And thanks for positive feedback ^^
ok, i got adobe illustrator CS3, GIMP2, photoshop CS3 and inkscape but the only problem is, i dunno what tools to use in making a skin >.<
Use anything that suits the purpose really, my skins are all made with Inkscape and the two tools used were Circle and Bezier, with [Ctrl and -] for making the shadows (substracting one circle from another basically); rest is just imagination and the idea.
As for GIMP you need it to set up the alpha channel, just follow what the 2nd sticky says and you'll be fine I guess.
omg, i forgot all about the video, i just watched it, now i know how 2 make skins
Nice, I just saw the video too
Funny how I did almost the exact same things completely on my own, guess Lappi and me think similarly
Although, he got some fancy tricks up his sleeve I never thought of, but those are mostly the finalization moves. Will be useful anyhow.
