hello so 1 month ago i could make tw server but now i cant anymore:D i re-opened the ports....

Calm down guys and girls!;P my problem is that i have opened ports and autoexec right but i cant open server its says configure your firewall open port udp 8303 etc. but i alrey open 8303 on router and on firewall-.-'

What type of router do you have?

Ouch. I don't see what you did wrong.
I had the same problem two weeks ago and all I did was what you did and I also opened a dynamic port along with 8303. Try that. And maybe you will get diffrent results.

From what I could see from that tiny picture, you opened the port to "192.168.1.102". I suggest check if it's still the IP that the router assigns to your PC. Specially if you're using DHCP.
But... what if we tried more power?
