I think that adding your game in Steam GreenLight at any time without a huge push in development.
1. Steam has a huge audience
2. Can be added to DLC
3. Upload screenshots in Steam Community

How about Desura?!?!?

Steam focuses on commercial games. Desura focuses on free and open source games AND they also realize the potential of modifications thus TW mods would also be in the spotlight smile))

Once in a century...
