Hi! I was wondering if there was a way to make a server using hamachi.

Of course. Standard procedure:
Create a Hamachi network.
Invite friend in your network.
Host a (LAN) teeworlds server.
Tell friend to look for your server in "LAN" tab.

Once in a century...
