[HELP] City|P Mod

I downloaded the teeworlds_srv.exe for the mod but now with all servers you need an autoexec.cfg,a maps folder etc....So now how am I supposed to know what to put in the autoexec and maps folder etc?Cant people when they upload mods like upload a folder with the exe,cfg files,maps in SO can someone please tell me how to get the server up?
