nah i do that a lot of times but that wont work it still give me the error

The fact you're often disabling it doesn't mean it's a good idea...

your network goes from your pc (antivirus + firewall) trough your router to the internet.
You are just disabling all of your protection on your pc, to have an virus-orgy.
But you need to tell your router, that he may not block the traffic on your port / directs the incoming traffic to your pc!
