Study the envelopes editor...
there is a thread about rain: https://www.teeworlds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=8877
Maybe it can help you.
Edit: Or take a look at existing maps like ctf2

But the best way would be to read a tutorial about envelopes wink

I can make rain.
but I can't make snow because all of rain need to move in same way but all of snow need to move in different way.
Do I need to make many pos for snow ?
I don't want to copy :d I want to learn it. wink

You'll need to create a new envelope for the movement and make sure the following things apply:

• You have a constant movement on the X-axis to create a left to right movement..
• ..as well as a line on the Y-axis with a constant upwards slope Close to this

Now create a line of quads with the snow.png image at the top of the map.
To create a greater illusion of realism and depth, create another quad layer and add another line of snow-quads, and raise it's Pos. to value by around 1.000, this will delay the movement of the quad.

Play around with values for a while and you will soon get the hang of it. For reference, look at dm_8, it's the envelope number 60 in there. Good luck smile
