You cannot see servers upon the 8310 port in the LAN tab. There's nothing to do, it's hardcoded that it only looks for 8303 to 8310 ports.

There had to be a limit, they've hardcoded one, not much more as far as I know.

There is no limit for servers per IP address.

Edit: Sorry, I misunderstood, I thought you meant for registering at the masterserver.

But there is a limit which servers are fetched when using the LAN tab. It's the port range 8303-8310.
