the decoration layer is behind all other layers. It will not be possible to add a decoration in front of the tee e.g. a hat. This is intended to prevent misuse.

So the body of the tee will be also a clipping mask for the 'tattoo'?

no, the tattoos are circular and fit exactly into all standard bodies (circle, kitty, bear, ninja)
