Topic: Auto bind or automatically after X seconds

Good day,

It is possible that it appears every 5 minutes, a text in the RCON?

So for example "Welcome to my server" every 5 minutes so the bottom left (in the chat area) in Yellow (RCON) Font color appears: *** Welcome to my server

Or is there possibly a program which I will hold the NUM LOCK BLOCK the point every 5 minutes Virtual?
I've tried a few "keypress", but I have NEVER found the keys for the NUM BLOCK.

No it is not, hopefully, possible to have a spamming server messages loop, at least with the pure servers. Would be quite annoying for the players.
