Try redownloading teeworlds. Maybe something was messed up while updating your drivers.

Did u try to delete your settings? (%appdata%/roaming/teeworlds)

1. Do you play any other games? Do they work after driver update?
2. What is your videocard and what driver have you installed (link)?

PS: I think you have installed wrong drivers (x86 instead of x86_64, or maybe for a different model)
