You've got the game don't you? Well... you have the server as it's an unmodified one (vanilla), you download it automatically with the game smile

Unless you use Ubuntu's software centre where you get only the game "installed" and it's really outdated, but I bet you're using Windows so just start "teeworlds_srv.exe" which is allocated in your default Teeworlds folder. For setting it up check out APPDATA/Teeworlds.

I advise you to use the latest version. Good Luck.
