Are you used photoshop? Try did skins without details, only colors.
But for start it's good smile

CorelDRAW is for vector graphics which are used when in need of precision...
Photoshop is for raster graphics which are used for making the picture more realistic...

For skins use vector-based programs but for artwork you should use raster-based programs cause they're more beautiful smile
