Not officially, anyway. But as a suggestion, any mod can be found here with other information about it like its website (which should have the tileset you're looking for), who made it, its newest version, etc...
Give others the respect you wish to be respected with. In the mean time, enjoy the website!

It looks like as noone knows a proper answer brainfuer. This forum is mainly used for standard teeworlds maps (CTF, DM, TDM). If you have questions to community mods e.g. CITY you need to ask the city developer)

he doesnt seem to want any entities for the mid , rather the mapres that are used in city maps: download
