Ok so I got my own server and I wanna know ALL server commands (or what ever you call them

Oh, yeah and when I go to my server, I press F2 and I type in my rcon password and it says acces granted or something like that, that's ok but when I start typing some commands, for almost all of them I don't know how they works or what are they for. Also can I add bot like some guys in they servers? There is bdm (bot deathmatch) server and it has one bot in it that always plays. Please help me!
