Topic: [Help] Specific person can't enter my server, everyone else can

So I have a friend who wants to join my server, but he can't. Everybody else can, he can't.
We have exactly same version of TW, both running on Windows. I gave him my exact external IP several times, but it just keeps showing "Connecting to:"
My IP is 201.220.173.24:8308, if you just take a few seconds you'll see you can join, but when he tries, he can't.
Any ideas?

Ask him to add this server as favorite (use add_favorite command in f1), then look into the Favorites tab and check if the server is shown and look at the ping.
