AwayD is right. If you need official DDrace please look at ddrace.info. Anyway I've found a copy from that date on my server... but looking further I've even found out I modified it (don't remember what). I've found a copy of the tar.gz on my laptop. So you can get it now as usual without warranty from here (~7 mb). I'm pretty sure at least the "rcon-message-spam-bug" was a problem with that version (means someone was flooding your server with crap that was logged and when you was authed in rcon your TW-client crashed because it got too much data).
