Topic: ENH: new server filter: compatible servers

I'm using teewars 0.4.0-dev and cannot connect to any server of 0.3.x series. New filter option: "list only compatible servers" would be very good.

For example, checking it will only select these servers (just made up table to prove example):

0.4.0          | 0.4.0
0.3.4          | 0.3.4 0.3.3 0.3.2
0.3.3          | 0.3.4 0.3.3
0.3.2          | 0.3.2
0.3.1          | 0.3.1 0.3.0
0.3.0          | 0.3.0
0.2.x          | 0.2.x

Edit: this option should be turned on by default.

Agree, but the scheme is simplier then that. 0.2.x is compatible with all 0.2.x.. and all 0.3.x is compatible with all 0.3.x etc.
