Topic: [SUGGESTION] Name and Shame

Is there a name and shame topic for funvoters and general f***ots?

It's far too easy for funvoters to get genuine players kickbanned from servers, might be an idea to keep an eye for bad apples.

Unfortunately there is little use in reporting someone's name, as this can be changed instantly. And you'll never know if a reported name actually committed any crime. IP-adresses too can be changed relatively fast. The best way to deal with these problems is to report suspected users to the server administrator so he or she can ban them.
