I am writing this post real quick to let devs of mods know: the latest DDR (ddrace.info) mods have not crashed when attacked by the 626 hackers. Please look into the source to see how this is possible and please implement in your own mods. I would do it myself, but I am very busy with college and all. Thanks.

Oy did a patch for this bug months ago, I think it was in October. We already know about it, and to be honest, I think the DDRace developer(s) used Oy's patch in their mod.
Might be hard for you to know since it seems you're not following the community, and it's good you're reporting it - but this thing we already know about.
he is talking about the vote spam and rcon command spam without login from console example rcon ban 1 <--- spam it without being authed some mods crash
and regarding connles packet too small, sure i found the fix by Oy, but after i have implemented a noob fix of mine, so i deleted my noob fix and used Oy's in the end 
The rcon "hack" is an exploit which is in-built to DDRace.
Although this seems to be a legitimate concern I think that you can better try to contact the developers of this mod personally instead through means of the forum.
he says that we fixed the crash, not that we suffer from it ..
