Topic: [HELP] Big Lags on my server! :S

Hi, in my ddrace server i have BIGS lags!!! I dont know what to do ! Please is there a solution?
Somebody tell me that the knew ddrace server can help but where to find <<the new ddrace server>> if there is one...

I think it's your connection that causes the problems. You should talk to your parents and see if you can get a faster connection, even though the best solution would be to buy a VPS (virtual private server), since home hosted Teeworlds servers use to lag.

Yeah i agree with Kott ^^
Make a speedtest  ( http://speedtest.net ) Klick on Begin Test.

Ping should be 30-40
Download should be 1.5 mb/s
Upload should be 0.65 mb/s

If your results are worser, the server would lag.


What can yo do to fix it?
- If you use w-lan, buy a lan cable. (my ping with w-lan 25, with lan 3 on my server ^^)
- Contact your ISP (internet service provider)
- Get an faster connection
- Close all programs which need a internet connection (Firefox, Skype, ICQ, MSN, Internet Explorrer, Windows Update, .... )
- You could by a server (root server or whatever^^) But thats very expensive ...

Ok thanks , i have download the new ddrace but now when i am super i dont have the endless hooking so i decide to put sv_endless_drag in my cfg but its not working -.-   +   Sometime in the middle of the game the server bug and that apear: http://img517.imageshack.us/i/errorts.jpg/
