How much is the regular?

I have 400. And I think that's the regular.

The regular without dynamic camera is less than the half of your monitor height. My resolution is 1440x900, so I could use something less than 450, atm I prefer 350 for better spin.

so less > beter spin?

And more then? > beter aim?

I have tried everything between 10-600.
