[QUESTION] how to combine letters/symbols?

in Windows, just take chars from the chars map. it's a microsoft utility, and there's an equivalent in Linux.
For use it as your nick or bind it just copy and past it in the config file under the right parameter. be careful, not all char works.

You can also use most ASCII character using Alt+xxx, with xxx the character decimal number (faster if you know it )
or an extended keyboard driver.

@big bomb you can run that application (from Lanta's screenshot) by clicking Start -> Run -> type "charmap" (without the quotes) -> Run (Ok)
