Topic: [QUESTION] Are Idiots tolerated in teeworlds?

The past months i found many people that called himself "Adolf", "Hitler", "Nazi", "Adolfs tee" or similar, most of them was on gV servers. Some of them say things like: "Sieg Heil" or similar things. I usually try to kick them but very often i find that other people dont vote. Sometimes calls after that are started against me.

It looks like many people in this game are tolerating Nazis. So hours ago somebody with a simliar Nick was on a gV server and i started a vote against this person and it passed. After that, another Player called "Nuck Chorris" started a vote against me and it passed. The reason was that i had no reason to kick people with such nicks and other people like "[GUN] Feeloun *Fr*" started to attack me and made some jokes about me. The guy with the nick "Nuck Chorris" has some other Nicks like "Trollititio" and he is well known for trolling and attacking other people. For example he was kicking people on a war3 server wich has chosen the race elf only because he dont like this race. The sad is that he has some friends, that always helps him to do such crap anf if he dont have them, he let many clients join to do it. As far i know this person still has a static ip.

Because I nearly never find Sushi and lapux wich are Admins of the gV Servers on their own servers i try to post it here. I want to ask if the admins of those servers and maybe other people of the teeworlds community are tolerating such people.

Ignore them, we can't do anything about them. I think someone (landil?) made a topic about this like years ago. I don't know if Sushi Tee and etc. will ban them, because he will need for them to sign on to the server once again to find this static ip. anyways, how do you know he has a static ip anyway?

No, they aren't tolerated, but admins can't monitor the server all the time. I agree with alias, they're most likely just trolls, don't feed them.

I know this with the static ip because he said it once.

Now i played as nameless tee so they couldn't see me. I saw how Nuck Chorris joined and had the teleport from the beginning! Feeloun played as Human and some seconds later he changed to Tauren. He had all the time the shield on not only 3 seconds. And they were talking about compiling something.

I never thought until now that it is possible to cheat in the war3 mod. They said something like: "No this isn't a cheat, this is a bug!"

I am thinking about stopping playing teeworlds. Many idiots, many cheater and many botters, the last is why i stopped playing instant gib since version 0.5.

But the game was often still fun.

That's not only Teeworld's problem. Most of internet suffers from idiots. Teeworld's problem is that there aren't many admins to kick them, and kickvotes that allow idiots group and kick normal people. Just ignore them. Play on servers that have many admins, like InstaGib, lost [xyz].

I've also noticed a lot of people with obscene/rude/impolite/disrespectful names, but I don't want to mention any of them here.

Although it's a shame that such practices happen on the Teeworlds servers, it's not something which the development team can help you with. People can name themselves whatever they want, and do as they please, we can't and won't monitor this.

The best solution, as has been said before, is to ignore these people and join another server. If you know who is in control of a server then you contact them and ask for a ban on these people. Or you could host your own server and monitor it yourself.
