Hey, i Want a very Nice paint program, that's easy too understand, and that's
good for: Skins, Arts, Game, And Customing easy said, well. i have tried this:
Inkscape = Complicated
Paint.NET = Very Good, but bad at coloring,
Mypaint = Worst i've tried.
Please help

I'm afraid that if you want to have good, you'll need to have complicated. Inkscape is definitely the best way to go, unless you want to dish out some money for Illustrator.
Inkscape is the best i think 
at the beggining a bit complicated but when you draw about 1month its get easier and easier

Listen, if you want to draw skins, arts etc - you should use Photoshop. Its very easy to learn
and you can get very nice arts with it. Just look at my topic "My first arts". All the works are made
in photoshop.
....Look at Landils, Crises, My arts they are drawn with inkscape!

Forget about Gimp, PS or whatever. Try Inkscape, it's the best free program you can use. And it is pretty easy to learn

Inkscape is the very best afaik. Free and easy to learn, hard to master.

No you are not a big dumb idiot! Everyone has to start somewhere, and the beginning is always hard.
Just describe all your problems the community and I'm sure someone will help you
Try looking at tutorials, like Lappi's. Also, you could find other tutorials that aare not teeworlds-related (which there are more of) and you can use those "methods" in graphics for a game. An example is drawing tomatoes (:
