Actually it was hand - made.. I mean i drawed everything separately :
Layer 1) Bubbles
Layer 2) Color (Gradient)
Layer 3) eyes
Layer 4) eyes (2)
Layer 5) notes

As I sayd before - I use photoshop smile Im glad you like it! big_smile

I wish I knew how! Im retying to learn how to do gameskins, but Tiles... Thats too big for me big_smile

Because you don't need one! Just make a new page, with 1024*1024 pixels. And then add a grid wit 64*64 pixels. Then it is up to you what you draw smile

I have one question to you, in your first art (and all the others) The clouds (and the mountains and doodas) , did you draw them yourself or did you just put the .png into the drawing?

Well - I took the .png, but I changed them a little. I tryed to draw myself, but it looks... Bad smile
