Oh my god your english is really bad.
How players acquired what? Skill? By training. The best gametype for training are DM (1on1/2on2) and CTF.
Some mods are also really good for training, like race and run.

For changing the map:
- if you host a server, change the sv_map variable to the name of the map you want, for example, sv_map ctf2. You could change also this using rcon.
- if you have only the client, you can't change the map in every server, but only in server that allow voting. If you want to vote, enter in the server, press enter and go to the tab "vote".
