Oh, the bird looks strange, maybe too much dark, or I'm scared that in-game it will be strange to see an immobile bird..

If you use them as quads, you can choose the size.
To use them as tilesets they must be 1024x1024px.

Above average but still some stuff to improve. Analyze the original shadows and see that they are much more smoothly and regular. If you consider this you will get results that will more ressemble and fit the original style (if wanted)
