Topic: [QUESTION] Where can I find the map tutorial?

Do I have to make several pieces that connect together or what?

How was a map like this made?
Do you see the vector hill part where it's like a slope and so forth..

Is that just one big piece?

Can I just make the entire map in photoshop? and import the imageset into the map program and set collisions and everything like that?

Also if anyone knows a good map making tutorial tell me, cause the one that's pinned lacks images, and theres not really a actual creating the map tutorial.
