Hello, i have a problem with a clan called ~TerrorTees~ they use a picture of me as background of maps @ their servers and i dont want it. Is it possible that their servers can get baned by the mods of the masterservers ?

I am sorry but we will not ban servers for that reason. Please take their IP and go to the nearest Police station to deposit a complaint and sue them with unauthorized usage of your picture.
Talking with police wont help. They will contact the hoster and he says that it never happened. So if you think its a crime what they do why do you help them passive by not banning their server ? 
I think banning their server is the only way to solve my problem.

aha the police will say this never happened. but why should we trust you? it can be that it isnt right and you only dont like the guy who host it and you want to annoy him with it. i think without any evidence. and if you have a evidence you can also go to police...
No i meant the hoster will say it never happened. I have a screenshot of it but how can i prove that its their server?
Do i have to tell the police to download teeworlds ?
btw. ~TerrorTees ~ is a famous instagib clan of people which use aimbots...
I play this game since 1.5 years and i dont like the idea that some people who cheat and dont respect privat things destroy the time when i want to have fun 
no the police can open tetris to login in teeworlds.... 
they search the server, maybe find it, see it, notice it, punish it etc.
how can they have a pic of u? lol i think its ur fault. and i see no reason to push up this, only if its a foto where u r naked or something like that 
They dont use this map all the time so if i tell police, they maybe find the server but dont see that map
They have a picture of me cause it was my profile picture @ my old clan board and no im not naked
but in germany its not allowed to use pictures of other persons only if they authorized you.

Unfortunately Teeworlds development can't help you on this one. Although the police might be your best shot at this one, there are some questions which you issues which you probably need to solve before hand.
1. How did they get to your picture, was in on the internet, or did they access your personal files? If it's either one of these, this would add an extra complaint of hacking or copyright.
2. Why would they use your picture on their background? Do you know them personally from school, work? Then it might be good thing to speak up to your teachers, or other supervisors.
3. Why would they try to grief you in the first place? Did you misbehave on their servers? Did you insult any of their clan? If so then a friendly excuse might be all that's needed for them to clear this problem.
These are just some of the questions which might provide the best way out of these troubles. There's a good chance they don't apply to your situation but there has to be a motivation for their behavior. When that's known there might be other possibilities.
