You can't teleport in vanilla Teeworlds, but some mods support telport.

Or in case you mean teleporting to a spawnpoint (selfkill) you should bind the command "kill" to a key. How this works:

-Press F1 to get a console
-In the console, write the following

bind <key> kill

and press enter, but instead of <key> write the key you want to bind the command to. (ie. "bind e kill")
-After this, pressing the key you binded kills you.
