Topic: [HELP] How to deal with name fakers?

A Faker names [Krypton] Bärli is going around, recruit Members and Banned Players from HuH This Person was also Hack the Krypton Rcon.... ANd banned al for 30 mins...

Had somebody some Information about him/her

We have alike situation. One german guy created clan with the same name like our - [Heroes]. He took lots of noobs, and now every shit calls noobs US.

A few days ago I saw a guy on my privat locked server called "Beelze".

He hacked the Server Password and my rCon !! oO
Then he banned all for 30 mins, exactly like the Bärli faker.

I got his IP adress... but i dunno if he just allready changed it...

He hacked Servers thats not legally xD

There is a topic where you should report abusive IP's. Server administrators could then decide if they want to ban these. Hope this will be a solution to your problem.

it is a German temporary ip from German Telekom. Banning such an ip would result in arbitrary bans of other non-related players.

to get rid of those ppl i use my "special" server that once i enable it installs viruses... i dont use it anymore, no need imo,... if this goes on ill try to catch him. Hopes he stops after his comp gets completely out of control.
If this topic lists more than 10cases im going to: just to inform everyone.

It's a dynamic IP, not a static one. So it doesn't have to be an eCafe, it could be anyone from the Telekom. Most people get a new IP every 24 hours, and of course there isn't an unlimited amount of IP adresses...
