Topic: Right mouse button on USB mouse ignored when key is pressed (Linux)

Hi,

I'm on a notebook here, Ubuntu 9.04, Teeworlds 0.4.3-3 from the repos. Everything works fine when I use the touchpad. When I use the USB mouse though, the right mouse button won't work if I press a key at the same time. I can shoot the grapple as long as I stay around. When I jump and then press the right button, nothing happens. Sometimes it seems that the release event doesn't get caught, too. I'm dangling on the ceiling than until I press the right button again.
(The left button is never a problem, by the way.)

Any idea what's the problem here and how I can solve this?
Markus

1. Use Teeworlds 0.5.1.
2. Can you use your right mouse button together with a key in other applications?

Re: Right mouse button on USB mouse ignored when key is pressed (Linux)

Hum, Teeworlds 0.5.1 won't find a server on my machine, neither WAN nor LAN, so I can't test the mouse. hmm

---- Ah, okay, so this problem is not with Teeworlds but with the system. When it seems that the right mouse button events get choked when I press space at the same time. Sometimes the button up events are not caught either. (Tested that with xev)
Now that's off topic, but I'm a Linux newbie. Any idea where I could start?
