Topic: Is it possible to redirect player to another server?

Actually I'm trying to run a mod-rotating server, combining all mods in one source is hell, so I decided to run some servers with different mods and when scorelimit on one server get reached, and new round starts, then second server gets launched and first server redirects all his players to new one. Unfortunately I have not found a better choice, but I'll be pleased to someone who can give me an advice.

No...Combining all the mods is the only way. I would like this too so if anyone could make it that would rule wink
