Topic: Patch help

I downloaded this map and patch from here: http://teeworlds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1365 to host this server. Now how do I apply patch? I looked further down and saw something about cgywin. I installed that. But after that, I'm at a loss. Any ideas TeeWorlds community?

This MOD was done by catpaw AFAIK. He did a tutorial building teeworlds on Windows, too. Here is the link: Easy Building on Windows for Minimalists
