Feedback:
-The feets and the eyes looks crappy in comparison of the body;
-We should be able to see our skin with a team color;
-The applet should remember the folder containing the recently opened skinfiles

Otherwise, good job!

The crappiness is due to Java resizing algorithm, I can't do anything about it.
I'll try to look for the team based color and other things if I have time...

on my mac it says in german: "Die Java-JAR-Datei "TeeViewer_v0.8.jar" konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Überprüfen Sie die Konsole auf mögliche Fehlermeldungen." <- in a short translation: it doesn't work.

Sorry for my english; typical germans ;-)

I think it's because you use Java 5 while TeeViewer needs Java 6.
