Question with mods

Hi all,
I have a question: how can i use instagib mod *with* homing mod? (I would need a win32 executable).
If i modify my cfg file, (using homing mod) , to have only the rifle on spawn, my tee spawns again with the hammer and only when i change weapon i get the rifle...

Could someone help me???
