You should add ingame shots I think.
Don't make a login page, but just include the login form somewhere in the layout.
Your links to different pages (when there are multiple pages for a skin section) juste look like plain text, you should change its style, such as a different color, bold, underline or whatever, just pick something that make those links differ from the rest of the text.

^I think I said this before, but if you got fancy with the php, you could probably (actually I know you could) create a script to make a live preview from the image Teeworld itself uses, that way the person who made the skin wouldn't have to submit a screenshot as well, and each preview would be in exactly the same position on the same terrain, so other skins people are using won't affect it

I think ordering skins by author is a little weird... but I can't think of an alternative (maybe display random ones on the homepage though... or some news... or something, it is a bit plane tongue )

I think it could be generated by some php/gd script, and then saved on the server's disk for faster loading.
Maybe I'll take a look tonight when I'll be at home.
