LUM|lvl mod now downloadable as private version

Hello I am Nolay, the creator of the LUM|lvl mod.

Much time has passed since it's release on 0.7 and now I have decided to take the fun one step further, by releasing an official private version of the mod.

Private means that you cannot host it online or register it on the masterservers but you can host it in your LAN without restrictions.

It contains a full instructions manual (12 pages) to guide you through.

You have access to all console commands etc...
