Topic: HELP: BBall mod doesn't work?

Hey guys,  I used to really enjoy playing the BBall mod for Teeworlds a few years ago. I'm trying to run it now (same files I used to run) and the server crashes when I try to change to the map.

Is this a common problem? If so, is there a fix for it.

What "BBall" mod are you talking about? Do you have a link or something? Is it just Ball?

From memory, it was pretty barebones. This was around 2010-2011 so it wouldn't be one of the more recent ones.

Map was literally flat with a goal at each end.

Is there an up to date version that I should be able to get running?

The mod seems to load fine on dm1, but if I try and load the basketball 1.0 map it crashes the server.

So what you're looking for is the basketball mod.
I have unfortunately not ported it to 0.6 but TeeBall (above linked) has proved to work well. A couple of new maps have been made by the community and it brings a lot of fresh air to the gameplay.
Typing "basketball" on the Teeworlds search bar will get you to some available Teeball servers.
