How should look like master.cfg file for master server?

As of 2014-03-10, mine looks like:

master1.teeworlds.com 94.23.113.52:8300
master2.teeworlds.com 198.251.81.153:8300
master3.teeworlds.com 0.0.0.0:8300
master4.teeworlds.com 0.0.0.0:8300

Could you explain why master server need it? And how it should look  like if i want to make my own master server?

And why it need domain names like master1.teeworlds.com ? Why not the only ip? And how i should make such domain name  on my server?
