Topic: No servers list

Hello there, my fellow Tees.
I felt like trying out Teeworlds again to see (if?) how it changed. However, I stumbled upon a major problem: I can't see any of the servers. My list is empty. I have all the server filters unchecked with max ping being 999. I also do believe I have every possible driver updated to its newest version. I feel like I should also mention I'm using a campus network, but so far I've tested many online games here (ranging from 'indie' to 'triple A' games) and they all worked. Does anyone have some idea how I can fix that?

This is to optimize the server list loading. If he already doesn't find any server, it won't help him, tee.

First stupid check: did you go to the "Internet" tab or would you be stuck in the "LAN" one?

Second check: go to your Teeworlds config files directory (there is a config_directory.bat you can click on if you work under Windows), and remove "masters.cfg".

Otherwise, the most likely problem would be that there is a firewall of some sort that prevents your game from accessing the Internet.

I even tried disabling firewall, didn't help. Removed masters.cfg twice. Any other stuff I could try or is there no hope?

Try the following.

Open console (f1). Type

add_favorite "84.200.24.33:8299"

Then proceed to switch to the "Favorites" tab. Do you see a server there? If yes, can you join it?

Then I would ask somebody which is responsible for the campus network if there is anything blocked, which is very likely the case.
