Topic: Howto get the lasergun (sniper)?

yesterday I played teeworlds online. And on some maps I could use the lasergun (sniper).
how could I get it for my server too?
the lasergun (sniper) is a cool weapon.

the maps have it on them already, or, they are custom maps.. so use the map editor..
