Topic: [Suggestion] server options

it is possible to improve a some server options like:
sv_restart - re-reading of the configuration file, and restart the server so that a restart after the players were back in the game
sv_announcement - announcement in global chat some texts with 1 minute interval. for example about the same server restart

and replace the log file with the time [47ea2dcc] on the [HH: mm: ss] or something else in human readable form

Actually it is possible

sv_map_restart 1 was the old command dont know if this has been changed.
and with sv_msg "text" u can write world messages with a scipt it would be posible to make several "announcements"
