Hello We have a problem, sometime, a guy spam our blocker server v2 ip: 62.113.250.170:8397 during some hours, it's really annoying for us cause anyone can chat ... here a screen:

So i asking you what should we do to stop that?

Allow for vote kicking/banning on the server and people can just get rid of him themselves. Or if there is an admin on, he can ban him.
as admin ive found muting more effective than banning, as they get a thrill out of being "banned" but if you make them log /out in they get tired of it.
We can't do anything, there is admin, but he stay on the server 1 millisecond then he left, we have almost 100 messages per seconds =/
Tell him to enable voting, if he is so inactive
if you are admin, reduce the server player amount or use a password
But our server is a public server, we have a blocker mod, so we can't reduce the slots =/
Anyway he is using the same ip.
Just ban him

Really this guy should be banned definitly, i don't know if it's really XlichtiX but it sucks

Yep, would kinda be a reason to ban from the masterserver as it is server flooding.
Just try to code something like a "max_connections_per_minute" into the mod and you will be fine.
This type of spammy thing happens alot to blocker servers. Find a way to ban him for 2 months (or more),
and maybe he will get the hint... maybe for life...
But most spammers are brainless jerks.
(I knew one with that name, but became friends after I found out why he was so spammy and angry.
Btw, the according servers have been banned from the master server.

in general, servers do cost money. xLich.* you did flood/advertise your servers on ddwar before, or wasn't that you either?
that being said, ddwar servers have been hit by some ddos too, recently, and it's not quite clear who's behind it

Kirby home servers are okay for a casual game but not reliable enough for a 24/7 server.

Fisted. Ich habe bei dir einmal gespamt um dir das zu zeigen, und dann einmal als du meintest ich machs nomma , da ihr ein Fix habt. Sonst hab ich niemanden gespamt geschweige geddost , und mein Root ist seid 2 Wochen fast immer down ... wie soll ich da bitte DDoS laufen lassen?
Fisted. I'm with you once spammed show you on that, and then even when you mean I should do it again because you have a fix. Otherwise, I have never spamming or DoS-Attacks anybody and my root is 2 weeks are almost always down ... how am I supposed to run DDoS please?
Server dont cost Money ? I host more like Teeworlds and i want my own for lerning. And it cost money.

xLich.* well a quick look into my logs yields quite a couple more occasions on which you were advertising your servers by spamming (regardless of whether it was done manually or in an automatic fashion). I do not believer you're DDoSing people, but you sure advertise and spam a lot, that's what makes it hard to believe your claim of innocence.
Fisted. Ich würde niemals Werbung für meinen Server machen und hab das auch nicht gemacht ... kontrolliere deine Logs nach der IP und dem gespamten Text und schick mir das ma bitte oder poste es mal, würde mich echt interessieren ...
