Well I think TW should allow tuned vanilla servers with more game tuning variables, such as allowing to alter all weapon damage amounts and ranges, and more physics than is currently offered.

But a mod creator is a huge project and not realistic.

You can't do anything good without actually going into programming. Or you'd need some kind of huge editor, which would actually just be a more casual way to code.

Because modded severs have no barring on official business, I'd assume to make the modifications official business is also not of the developers business.
Regular development already takes a grand amount of hobbied time from devs; additional work would drag an already slow system.

I believe it was due to him posting so much nonsense and digging up a lot of old topics, the second of which he was warned about. That is just my guess.
