Topic: fps problems

When I was still using Windows xp on my computer, teeworlds ran very well, but now, when i use windows 8, teeworlds doesn't run well. Though i use VSync with a 60Hz monitor, teeworlds counts 61-65 fps. That causes that it laggs like shit. Drivers are all installed. My System:

ATI Radeon HD 5670
AMD Athlon x2 4400+
4Gb Ram

Hopefully someone here can help me. On Windows 7 i had the same problem.
