hi i wil made my own tee skin but wen i try edit a skin its just be bloooxy like if i  have white bacround then be white blooxy ? so i need your helps

First off: I don't know what it's officially called but I'm fairly sure you used something like the "Paint" program for making this skin, or some other program that doesn't support transparent/clear images. Try editing new skins on something like Inkscape or Gimp; they are both free and support what I was referring too.
Secondly: Use correct English!
